भाषासु मुख्या मधुरा दिव्या गीर्वाणभारती |
ततोsपि काव्यं मधुरं तस्मादपि सुभाषितं ||

SubhAShitaM looses translates to quotations but the literal meaning would be "well spoken phrase".
